This exhibition in the Book Arts Gallery of the Neilson Library at Smith College will showcase items from the college's rare book collection including 19th century handwritten travel diaries and recipes; cookbooks and recipe books from the 16th to 20th centuries: and images and text from the 18th century Diderot Encyclopedia on food production, among others.
