Join us for Wampanoag Native American Cultural Day at Martin House Farm. Learn about the daily life of the Wampanoag in the 17th century as well as their current lives and communities. Come to understand the connection the Wampanoag and the other Native people have to Mother Earth, their seasonal way of life and their respect for all living things. Reproduction artifacts will be passed around of traditional life such as animal furs, tools, jewelry made from shells, stone and bone. Martin House Farm is owned and operated by the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America- MA celebrating their 126th year dedicated to historic preservation, supporting veteran' programs, colonial education and promoting patriotism.
