September 10 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM EDT

Funded by Mass Humanities
Cost: Free

The impact of bias on services, opportunities, and achievement. In light of COVID–19 and the protests for equity, this virtual discussion will focus on how the strategies, planning, and persistent efforts of suffragists to gain the right to vote can be replicated today to address equity and obstacles to voting. What can we do to address these issues? Carole Copeland Thomas, Founder of the Multicultural Symposium Series (http://www.tellcarole.com/) will be our moderator.  Contact us for the Zoom link: bpl.suffrage@gmail.com
