On June 10th at 7:00 pm, join us at this online program about June Carmichael Fitzgerald  (1921-2017), a World War II WAVES and parachute rigger. We’ll tell her amazing story as one of the first WAVES and share her scrapbook, photos, letters, uniform, and other items from Andover Center for History & Culture’s collection.

Time for questions and discussion will follow the presentation of June’s story. Registration is required. There is no charge for this program. The Zoom link will be provided to registrants prior to the day of the program.

This program is made possible by a grant from Mass Humanities, which provided funding through the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) as part of the federal CARES Act legislation.
