The James D. St. Clair Court Education Project has commissioned a dramatic work on the 1858 extradition of the fugitive slave, Anthony Burns to a slave owner in Virginia. A public exhibit on the life of Anthony Burns will be mounted in the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse, where the play will be staged.
