Our grantee brings an American icon to Springfield.
The Springfield Public Forum, a venerated speaker series, celebrates its 80-year anniversary this fall. As always, the events are free and open to the public. Funded in part by Mass Humanities, the Forum welcomes U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor as they kick off their star-studded series with a discussion of her memoir.

Norah Dooley led massmouth for seven years and first received Mass Humanities funding for StoriesLive, a unique intramural and regional high school story slam program, five years ago. Though massmouth will begin a new chapter, Dooley will stay at the helm of StoriesLive.
