He has a BA from Clark University and MA and PhD degrees from Rutgers University, all in Philosophy. David has taught at Rutgers College, the University of Wyoming, Mount Holyoke College and Amherst College and is the editor of an anthology, Reflecting on Values, The Unity and Diversity of the Humanities. |
