OVERVIEW
“Narrating Local Climate Change: Telling Current And Future MA Stories With Eco Memoir and Eco Speculation” is a free curriculum unit, rooted in the humanities, environmental justice, and place-based education. ReDesign requests support to develop: 1) a free curriculum unit for grades 6-12 on writing eco-memoir and eco-speculative fiction based on MA climate-change problems; 2) an accompanying free two-day teacher workshop on the curriculum and teaching climate change in the humanities.
